Sessi Gianoglio

‘Crafting Complexity: Unraveling the Mysteries of 4 Hoops!’

The workshop will be divided into three segments. First, we will start by exploring basic 4 hoops tricks. In the second part, we will dismantle conventional simmered patterns, opening up a world of new possibilities. Finally, you'll be guided through unexpected paths in multi-hoop manipulation to elevate, dissect, and reimagine what's possible with four hoops!

Sessi's hoop journey found its rhythm in the vibrant landscapes of India, now her cherished home after originating from Italy. Performing and teaching throughout India, Sessi contributes significantly to the spread of the flow community, adding a dynamic touch to the country's thriving flow scene. Rooted in a love for double hooping, she is currently entranced by the intricate finesse of 4 hoops, crafting a flow aimed at discovering a contemporary 4-hooping key. Italy, especially Naples, eagerly awaits as Sessi brings back her wealth of experience, passion, and knowledge to enrich our collective journey!

Federica pennetta

akA PENNIHOOP

Will be teaching ‘Follow the wind. Have fun’ (1 hoop)

Let's not hide behind a tool, but bring our heart and body into our flow. We will challenge ourselves by stimulating the quality of movement, creativity... follow the wind! Have fun! The important thing for me is to open a new experiential possibility in which you are (un)comfortable working alone. And if this door doesn't open, at least it will be a different experience.

Federica Pennetta has curly hair and, as they say, "every curl is a whim". So going "outside the box" of regular life is always a temptation! If her creativity is at the point to explode, it must necessarily manifest itself in a shape… a circle! But why, if the circle is the perfect shape, should we be happy with only one? Circus performer, her first passion has been hula hooping since 2010, which she delves into in a mix of both classical and modern reading by studying multihooping and hoopdance. She dedicates all herself to completing her circus training by also studying: aerial disciplines (trapeze, rope, fabric, hoop, straps, aerial duo), juggling, flexibility, acrodance, clown, puppetry.

HANNAH GEASE

akA CIRCLETRIX
